Founding pricing is tied to an unbroken subscription. It is not a lifetime rate.

A lapse ends it permanently
If your subscription lapses, founding pricing ends and does not come back. Cancelling forfeits the rate, and that is not grounds for a refund.

The count is of founders ever granted, not currently active. A founder who leaves does not free their seat.
